Nate Montfort is a certified welder with expertise in MIG, Stick, TIG, and Flux Core welding. After graduating from welding school, he gained valuable experience working in a custom fabrication shop, where he refined his skills and craftsmanship. During this time, Nate recognized an important challenge: true quality fabrication requires not just the ability to build, but a deep understanding of how the finished product will function.

To bridge this gap, Nate pursued a five-year apprenticeship in millwrighting and machining, gaining extensive knowledge of machinery and mechanical systems. This expertise allows him to go beyond simply following blueprints—he understands the underlying mechanics of each project, ensuring that every build and repair is done correctly and built to last.

With this foundation, Nate founded SnakeBite Welding Co., a company dedicated to delivering high-quality, durable work. We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand firmly behind every project we complete.
